Orthopedics is a medical specialty for the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of injuries and diseases of the body's musculoskeletal system. This system includes bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves - all the things that allow us to move, work and play.
Sports medicine is specifically concerned with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of injuries sustained in athletic endeavors, including those that occur while biking, hiking, playing field sports, skating or other active pastimes or competitive events.
Pain shouldn't keep you from the activities you enjoy. Wether you're hurt in a weekend basketball game or it's time to treat that knee paint that won't go away, you deserve the best in orthopedic care. Let our orthopedic specialists help you say goodbye to pain!
