Fairview and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota have reached a Contract Agreement

Fairview and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota have reached an agreement for Fairview’s ongoing participation in Blue Cross insurance products. This means that patients with Blue Cross coverage can continue to access their Fairview providers and services at the in-network benefit levels of their plan.

This patient letter provides further details.

Q: Does this agreement affect the amount I will pay for services? 
A: This agreement concerns the reimbursement rates that Blue Cross provides Fairview for care. Any impact on billing for patients would be minimal.
