Fairview Mesaba Clinics have a limited supply of seasonal flu vaccine. We are currently administering this to people in high-risk groups as determined by the Minnesota Department of Health. This includes:
- Children six months to five years
- Pregnant women
- People over 50 years of age
- People of any age with certain chronic medical conditions like diabetes, COPD, asthma, heart failure, or those who are immune suppressed
- People who live in nursing homes or other long term care facilities
- People who live with or care for those at high risk for complications of flu
- Household contacts of persons at high risk for complications of flu
- Household contacts and out of home caregivers less than six months of age
