Employee Assistance Program

The Employee HELP System; an Employee Assistance Program, is a no-fee confidential short-term counseling/assessment and/or referral program. It is available to all Fairview Range employees and their family members. Shirley Johnson, licensed psychologist, is available to assist you directly or provide a referral to a qualified resource. Other counselors are also available.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) also provides services to numerous area companies and businesses.

Information, assessments, short-term counseling and/or referral for personal problems:

  • Chemical Abuse
  • Care Issues for Children or Elders
  • Depressed or Anxious Moods
  • Legal or Financial Problems
  • Stress Management

Counseling regarding workplace issues:
  • Conflicts
  • Personal Problems Affecting Work Performance
  • Mid-Career Burnout and Motivation Issues

Management consultation regarding troubled employees or work groups:
  • Change and Transition
  • Conflicts/Communication Problems
  • Performance Management Issues

We have several professionally trained counselors available to help you work through your probems or issues. The program is voluntary, at no cost to you and is strictly CONFIDENTIAL.
