Transportation services are crucial to maintaining an independent lifestyle for many people, therefore, Fairview University Medical Center-Mesabi and HealthLine have teamed up to provide this service.

WHAT DOES ASSISTED TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDE?
HealthLine Transportation Services is not merely a taxi service, but instead provides safe and convenient non-emergency transportation for physically challenged residents with ambulatory difficulties who need some assistance or use mobility equipment such as wheelchairs. Clients are escorted to and from their door by drivers who have received specialized training and are happy to accommodate folks with the extra help they may need.
